Search Engine Capabilities

Our search engine:

• interprets lowercase search terms as a case-insensitive search - eg: <copyright> = <copyright>, <Copyright> and <CopyrighT> but <Copyright> only = <Copyright>

• interprets a comma as "OR" - eg: <copyright, patent> equals the search term <copyright or patent>

• can search for explicit phrases - eg: <the phrase, copyright infringement>

• supports stemming - eg: <copy> returns <copying, copyright, copyist>

• the term ALL may be used to return results containing all search terms (equivalence to conjunctive AND) - eg: <ALL copyright patent ecommerce>

• will force ANY to return of documents containing any of the listed search terms - eg: <ANY patent copyright infringement> equals <patent or copyright or infringement>
